Intake Form
The Class Action Clinic at Windsor Law is always interested in helping class members. However, any initial email correspondence or intake form submissions to contact the Clinic will be received for information purposes only. You will not be considered a client of the Clinic until we have agreed to act for you in accordance with our usual policies for accepting clients which includes confirmation that we have no conflict of interest.
Please do not send confidential information, documents, or details about your case by email since we cannot review such information or provide advice until we have accepted you as a new client.
Please note this page is intended only to provide information about the Clinic. Contacting the Clinic does not mean that we will act for you in any legal proceeding. You will not become a client until the Clinic agrees to act for you. Any information provided via email will not be considered confidential and no information should be sent without prior agreement.
